Personal data

Privacy

ATSCO processes personal data provided by its customers, prospects and partners transparently, proportionately and securely.

Data controller

The data controller is Arthurian Transport & Supply-Chain Operations — ATSCO, a French simplified joint-stock company whose registered office is located at 1 rue Christian Maille, 59710 Ennevelin, France.

For any question about your personal data or to exercise your rights, email legal@atsco.fr.

Data processed

Depending on your request and relationship with ATSCO, the following categories of data may be processed:

  • professional identity and contact details: company, contact name, email address and phone number;
  • the content of callback and quote requests and correspondence with ATSCO;
  • transport information: pickup and delivery locations and dates, and the nature, quantity, dimensions, weight and declared value of goods;
  • operational constraints, special requirements and any ad valorem insurance request;
  • data required for commercial, contractual, administrative and accounting purposes;
  • technical connection and browser data, IP address, anti-bot verification result and security logs that may be processed to protect the forms and website.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required to review the request. Without them, ATSCO may be unable to respond. Please do not provide sensitive data or information unrelated to the service sought.

How the forms work

The callback and quote request forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated submissions. Turnstile analyses technical browser signals and generates a verification token; ATSCO does not send the content entered in the form to Cloudflare. After the token is validated, the information entered is sent to the IONOS hosting server, which emails the request to ATSCO. No dedicated website database is used to store these requests.

Purposes and legal bases

Callback and quote requests
Responding to the request and preparing an offer — steps taken at the data subject's request before entering into a contract.
Transport organisation
Preparing, performing and monitoring accepted services — performance of a contract.
B2B commercial relationship
Managing contacts, customers and partners — ATSCO's legitimate interest in developing and managing its professional activity.
Administrative and accounting management
Creating and retaining required documents — compliance with ATSCO's legal obligations.
Website security
Preventing incidents, abuse and unauthorised access — ATSCO's legitimate interest in securing its website and systems.

Recipients

Within the limits of their responsibilities and what is necessary for the relevant purpose, data may be accessible to:

  • authorised persons within ATSCO;
  • carriers and operational partners consulted or selected to prepare a proposal or perform a service;
  • insurers or intermediaries involved when ad valorem insurance is requested;
  • hosting, email, IT, accounting or advisory providers acting for ATSCO;
  • Cloudflare, the Turnstile service provider, solely for anti-bot verification of the forms;
  • legally authorised public authorities and courts where required by law.

ATSCO does not sell personal data collected through its website.

Retention periods

  • callback or quote requests that do not result in a service: one year from the request or last relevant communication;
  • prospect data used for commercial follow-up: three years from collection or the prospect's last contact;
  • customer data: throughout the contractual relationship, then archived for applicable statutory limitation or retention periods;
  • invoices and accounting records: ten years from the end of the relevant financial year;
  • information needed to record an objection to direct marketing: at least three years.

After these periods, data is deleted or archived with restricted access where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Hosting and transfers

The website and professional email used by ATSCO are hosted by IONOS. Anti-bot verification is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Technical data may be processed outside the European Economic Area as part of this service, using the transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards described by Cloudflare. For more information, see the Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare's data protection documentation.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, object to certain processing and exercise data portability where applicable.

Exercise these rights by emailing legal@atsco.fr. To protect your data, proof of identity may only be requested where there is reasonable doubt about the requester's identity.

ATSCO makes no decision producing legal effects concerning you solely on the basis of automated processing of your data.

Complaint to the CNIL

If, after contacting ATSCO, you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), at www.cnil.fr.

This policy may be amended to reflect changes in processing, services or regulations. The version published on this page is the applicable version.
